Old Drift Lodge, Victoria Falls

At Wilderness Linkwasha, enjoy an authentic camp experience like no other. Situated on the doorstep of the famed Ngamo Plains, the lodge’s excellent location stands sentry over a magnificent pans, offering incredible opportunities for wildlife encounters. Linkwasha caters to guests’ needs with some of the most stunning sunsets. We had an unforgettable night sleeping out in the Star Bed, the camp’s one-of-a-kind way for guests to experience the African bush wildlife at night from the safety of a “treehouse”. The “Hide”, an in ground bunker located right at the lodge, allows guests to up close viewing as elephants, zebras, cheetahs and more of Hwange visit the watering hole. This camp is perfect for guests who want to venture deeper into Zimbabwe and experience a unique adventure.



andBeyond Sandibe Okavango Safari Lodge

Wilderness Little Vumbura, Kwedi Concession

We loved our stay at Wilderness Little Vumbura, a luxury safari camp nestled on an island in the Kwedi Concession. The incredible water views, charming decor, and amazing staff ensure an unforgettable experience. Accessible only by boat, Little Vumbura is the epitome of island living, located in the middle of the water wonderland that is the Delta. This is Beautiful Botswana. The spacious tents with lounge area, featuring large windows that bring the outdoors in, so guests can enjoy the beauty of the bush while relaxing in their tents between game drives. A plunge pool and reading spaces overlook the floodplains and a Star Deck offers superb stargazing. Delight in the Makoro boat experience to explore the serene Delta at sunset and go on amphibious game drives to catch glimpses of lions, elephants and leopards. 

Wilderness King’s Pool

Tucked away in a grove of jackalberry trees, King’s Pool is a luxurious safari camp named for Swedish royalty. This regal thatch and canvas camp, made up of eight spacious suites, a sprawling common area and eye-level hide overlooks a tranquil lagoon, attracting a diverse parade of wildlife and an impressive array of birds. The camp is completely powered by solar, courtesy of the warm Botswana sun, but there is respite to be found in the swimming pool. Each guest tent has a large bedroom and lounge area leading to a veranda that embraces the glorious views of the lagoon. The King’s Pool Suite has two separate rooms, each with its own en-suite facilities, and sharing a private plunge pool and outdoor sunken lounge – perfect for families, a group of four adults traveling together. The beautiful property is right on the river – we had an incredible time watching hippos, crocodiles, baboons and elephants from the comfort of our rooms.
